Book by phone, online or through the ACT Cabs app and your price is locked in before the car arrives. That price is calculated using government-regulated fare rates. It is not demand-based pricing that spikes when you need a ride the most.
If you provide a mobile number when booking, we send your fixed price by SMS at the time of booking, so you have it in writing before you step in the car. Fixed fares apply to booked trips where a destination is provided and are subject to terms and conditions. See clause 25 of the terms of use.
