During the period of our stay we used your taxi's for our travels and visits to Canberra tourist places. Please ensure this email gets to senior management. I would just like to let you know that the staff we dealt with on Saturday morning were brilliant. I rang and spoke to Wendy or Helen, to organise a driver to take us around the sights of Canberra. She had an ease and can do attitude. Great service. Then our driver (Mohammed TX 95) arrived promptly with a quick call as he arrived to confirm exactly where we were. I told him what we wanted to do and straight away he suggested another couple of ideas of places and sequences to suit travel and views. We had a great couple hours with our guests from Wales and with Mohammed’s local knowledge where and when to drop us to get better access and views. Mohammed is an asset to your company and cabbies in general. Please let both of your staff know how much we appreciated their service. Many thanks again. Well done. I took a taxi from Dickson to Barton this morning. Unfortunately I had coughing fit on the way. I booked for 5pm pick up to Dendy cinema in Civic. The driver was professional and the taxi was clean. He also helped us later that evening to locate your taxi booking service as we did not have internet access, to book another taxi to return home. He had already finished his shift, but went out of his way to send me the Canberra taxi number to call, this was so exceeding his call of duty. I traveled from Canberra airport to Field Marshal Sir Thomas Blamey Square Canberra. I would like to compliment the driver who was most friendly and treated me like I was someone special. I was attending the Battle of the Coral Sea Commemoration Ceremony and can only conclude that the driver noticed that I was wearing ADF medals and as such gave me the recognition. Hi ACT Cabs, I just wanted to pass on my gratitude for the great service Harry provided me this morning. My original trip was simply from Adina in Kingston to the airport. But when half way through the ride I realized I had forgotten one of my bags in the room and Harry was a great support and calming presence he swiftly rearranged his other expected rides and reassured me as we troubleshooted how to get the bag given Adina was not open yet. I use cabs a lot for business and usually use other companies (from high end to standard) and haven’t been happy with the experiences so while I was on my way to another meeting in Belconnen (with another firm) I google for cab companies in Canberra when ACT Cabs came up. "I am a regular ACT Cabs user to Dickson or Ainslie, and sometimes evening return journeys from home to the City for concerts. On Friday afternoon I lost track of my eftpos card. I had traced my use of it and failed to find it; fortunately I didn't need to ask the bank to put a stop on it! Yesterday morning, Saturday, there was knocking on my door. Standing there was a lady from the ground floor and the driver who had taken me with my card. That particular driver has driven me lots, so when he found the card on the floor of the cab he was able to come here and knock someone up who brought him to me. "I wish to report excellent service from your driver, at 5 pm on Friday 21 July 2017. He arrived a few minutes early, so gave me a courtesy call to tell me not to rush or worry. When I went outside, the street was very busy and the taxi zone I suggested in my on-line booking was occupied. The driver had been required to park further up the street. I couldn't see him. So, he left his cab and walked down the street to find me and escort me to the cab. That was brilliant, client-focused service. I have thanked him but I'd like you to know that I'm very happy.
